I came in on 2/26/17 around 5 to grab something quick to eat apparently my version of quick and zaxbys differ very much because I end up waiting an 30 mins for food. I was eventually given a refund and a free meal and a coupon for a free meal so I came back today for the free meal. I work at a restaurant as a manger and when we give out a "on us" card we typically don't try to screw it up the second time. I ordered two of the same sandwich one was perfect the other looks like ray charles made it and the staff was unprofessional. Not saying I'm not going to eat zaxbys but I will not be visiting that location aging.February 21, 2017
