  Let me start by saying that I've never had a bad drink at Cup A Joe. If you're in the area and you just need to grab some decent coffee quickly, it's a great option.
  
  Though the coffee might deserve four stars, the establishment as a whole merits three (at best) because the atmosphere in the cafe is pretty poor. I've felt rushed literally every time I've come in and look at the menu. Being attentive is one thing, but I don't need four staff members silently staring at me the entire time I'm deciding on what to order.
  
  Worst of all are the several large posters displayed in the cafe with passive-aggressive rules and slogans, like "THIS IS NOT A LIBRARY!" "THIS IS NOT YOUR OFFICE!" "COME ON PEOPLE!" Come on people? In all caps? Is that the message you want staring your patrons down for the entire time they're in your business?
  
  Between the bad customer service experiences I've been told about and these posters, it's pretty clear the Cup A Joe proprietors would really prefer if you just gave them your money and left.
