- 1 / 5By Kenya SandersI made an order at 10:33 I called at 11:13 to check on the status of my order the lady said my order was out for delivery. About 15mins went by I checked my order online and it said the status of my order was changed at 10:48 to "order closed" I called back at about 11:30. The lady said that the general manager appoached my street and someone walked up to his car. Yet I didn't recieve a phone call or anything to let me know about my order or if I was going to get my money back. Crazy thing is there are no houses at the top of my street only a church and I live in front of a prison. I think the whole story was bs ! Horrible customer service, I will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE EVERY AGAIN.January 03, 2017
