  I arrived at 3PM today to order lunch. The counter was littered with cleaning bottles and dirty rags.The order taker was clearly bothered that she had to come to the counter to take my order. She could not fill my order immediately, so she walked away to fill another order. She had no gloves on and proceeded directly to filling orders after handling cleaning supplies without washing or putting on gloves. While filling another order she dropped a piece of chicken on the counter, picked it up and walked around the counter looking over her shoulder while putting the chicken into the bucket she was filling. I had been so disgusted that I asked for the manger. I simply asked for a refund, which she provided without asking me why I made the request. in fact she never spoke to me at all.

  Always great staff. I go 2 time a month and the staff remember be and are super friendly.
