  The food was delicious and our waiter, Adam, was very nice and helpful. However, the host staff's service was unacceptable. We had called not once, but twice to make and confirm a reservation for my dad's birthday. Once the day before, & again a half hour before being scheduled to arrive to confirm. We were told all was set, only to discover upon arrival that they did not have a table for us. We were perplexed and told them we had a reservation, and instead of asking for our name and trying to resolve the issue, the host, William, flippantly informed us that we could find a table, "over there" while nonchalantly waving toward the bar. Meanwhile we have my 80 year old grandmother with us, who was having a visibly difficult time getting seated on the tall chair, and he didn't offer any assistance or apologies whatsoever for the mix-up. The manager then came over, again no apology, just gave us water and told us the name of the waiter who would be taking care of us. The waiter then came over and was surprised that she hadn't even left the jug of water for us refill our glasses. It's a shame that a great wait and kitchen staff has to be brought down so heavily by a poor host staff.

  Love the food!! How can you not? great staff, helpful hosts and servers. The manager that stopped at our table was so nice! I love to take my family and friends there
