  African American guy with glasses, I think he's some level of management...this guy is terrible...he's normally not wearing a name badge, so I'm not sure of his name..he probably doesnt because he gets a lot of complaints. I think Charlie is the Store Manager but he might be in the process of moving to another store if he hasn't already...Charlie has always provided great customer service, but this other guy is terrible!!!

  My go to place! I work from home and am here at least 3-4 a week. They are friendly, always make you feel welcome no matter how long you stay or how little you spend.

  The service is always polite and friendly enough, but that's about it. Over several visits, I have noticed that the coffee here is significantly weaker than the same drink at other Starbucks locations, to the point that a heavy, sugary espresso drink somehow tastes watery.
