  Worst sub restaurant I have been too. I should have known better when I walked in the guy greeted me while mumbling something.
  
  I ordered a Hunters Club. I ask for no mayo. He asked me to verify no mayo and I said "you know what I only want lettuce, cheese and onions on it" he said "so no mayo and to Katie" I said yes. Then I said I wanted a cookie as well. He charged me for the sandwich and cookie.
  
  Then I waited for my sandwich and when it was ready he said "don't forget your drink" since I already did the math I knew I didn't pay for one I took it. When I walked back to my hotel 15 minutes and checked my sandwich....all there was on the sandwich was turkey, lettuce, mayo and tomatoes. So apparently they though I only wanted no cheese.. How do you get that from what I said. I hate mayo and had to wipe half the toppings off to even eat it. Waste of money. This is my last straw for Jimmy John's.

  horrible service, ride guy delivered my sandwich, and NO CONDIMENTS. What kind of sub shop doesnt have salt available. I was told, "there is no salt here". so confused

  I worked at JJ's in college, and they pride themselves on having a certain standard for all their sandwiches, all locations. I try not to judge, bc our store was especially strict on following these standards so I understand if a sandwich gets messed up every now and again, but this store doesn't follow that at all. Mayo is not evenly distributed (some parts have globs of mayo, while some parts have no mayo at all on them). They put the dijon ontop of the mayo, instead of inbetween the meat and it made this gross soupy consistency and soggy bread. Meat is slapped on there and you have to rearrange it so you're not just eating bread and condiments on certain bites... just little QA things that make this a substandard JJ's. Admittedly, I still order bc I like JJ's and you can't beat delivery.

  Decent sandwich. However, they were very disorganized behind the counter. Somehow lost my sandwich order and asked me to locate the person who took the order. Finally did get the sandwich.
