  We have been going here on a regular basis for many years and it used to the best place in Raleigh to go for a nice, leisurely dinner. Sadly, that has completely changed in the last year. The interior is completely rundown - missing ceiling tiles, broken booth seats, dirty carpet, etc. Don't even get me started on the bathrooms. The customer service has been steadily declining at all levels as well. The hostesses treat you like you are bothering them by you even walking in, the waitstaff is not friendly, and either rushes you or will disappear for long stretches of time while you just sit there twiddling your thumbs. Worst of all, we have had instances where the manager observed some of this behavior and did nothing to correct it or even offer an apology. We kept hoping things would turn around and it would be the awesome place it once was, but I have come to the conclusion that will not happen, so they have lost some very good customers and all the people we would normally send there for dinner. Truly disappointed.
