  this location is 2mins from my location by car it takes them an hour for me to get a sandwhich from them today I ordred my food and missed my whole lunch waiting for my food I didn't get a I apologize or even a call saying I would be getting my food an hour later this is sad and I and very upset because I had no other choice to get food today after waiting for my food even more upset that the people that answered the phone didn't care enough to apologize or seem to care thanks jimmy john's for ruining my lunch today and not caring about it !!!!!smh

  Food was made very quickly like any other Jimmy John's and tasted okay. But when I asked for a more dijon mustard on the side (since they barely put any on there), I was informed that they only provided yellow mustard on the side and the employee pointed to the yellow mustard packets. It's useless to have food made fast if it isn't made they way you like it. They could definitely benefit from some customer service training at this location.

  When they say freaky fast, they mean it. I didn't have time to get my drinks before they made my sandwiches. JJs bread is awesome to. Yesterday's is 45 cents a loaf too!
