  Worst jimmy johns I've ever had. Incorrect order, terrible service, nasty food. I love jimmy johns but now I know not to come to this location.

  Service is lightning fast and the sandwich was delicious as usual. I also placed a catering order from this location for my housewarming event and everything was accurate and ingredients were fresh!

  I use to order here frequently since I work close to here. Not anymore. Delivery drivers always go to the wrong place even when I give them the directions to where I'm at....( not hard to find). I usually order an unsweet tea and at least half the time I get sweet tea. It use to be relatively quick delivery but lately it's taken 45+ minutes. The last time I ordered I tipped the driver almost 4 bucks on an 11 order only to find out she forgot my chips. Called to tell them and they said that they would put in notes that I would receive a free bag of chips on my next order. Ok cool that works for me right?.... Called to order today less than two weeks later. Ordered my food and said that I was supposed to receive free chips..... Would not do anything for me and said it was not in the notes. It's not the money honestly it's only a dollar! I asked to speak to the manager his response was that he was the catering manager and that there were no notes. So I cancled my order and I will not be ordering from this location for a long time if ever! I did call and talk to the customer service line and they were nice..... Not sure if anything will be addressed but I hope so. If you are the owner of this store you may want to find out what's going on there.
