  Had sunglasses taken from my table while I was sitting ther and staff could care less. Everyone is this place has an attitude with customers. I'll never return, worst Starbucks I've even been to hands down.

  Melanie deserves a 5 star rating. She saved us some holiday cups and delivered the next day when their shipment of lids came in. She is an ideal employee. Very satisfied with her and her customer service.

  Understaffed. Not set up for success.
  Our coffee and oatmeal was delicious but the wait was longer than necessary and there was an extreme lack of organization. Online orders were mixed in with in-house orders, one lady ended up having to leave because her order took so long, and my dad had to step in for a young lady who waited 25 minutes for a simple coffee that she had ordered there in person. One girl focused amazingly on her orders and made them quickly but it seemed like the others did not have designated duties and therefore kept crossing over into each other's zones. I suggest one person be designated for these online orders and some additional help be hired. Also if possible, other restaurants with online orders have a walk up zone; a walk up window would be perfect for this store. Orders can remain separated and more efficient. The team this morning certainly did what they could with what they had, but they need more help with the amount of business that comes through their doors.
