  I've given this dunkin several tries over a period of 3 months. I've been disappointed on very nearly every visit: incorrect orders at drive through, 30 minute wait inside for a dozen donuts, hash browns with a frozen center, warm coffee, stale donuts.
  
  I'm a reasonable person, I don't expect perfection but I do expect some level of quality and consistency and it hasn't been met at this location. I agree it's the worst Dunkin in the Raleigh/Durham area.
  
  update 10/17/2016: I have successfully avoided this place until someone at work brought in a dozen donuts from this DD. Mine was so under-cooked it had batter in the middle.

  I go here when i drop my car off for maintenance, or when i need to run errands in the morning. There's never really a wait, the coffee and donuts are good, and i can hop on the wifi if i need to work. The food is better than what you would get at a typical fast food place.
