  I work on campus, so I eat here twice a week for the last four years. Super friendly staff, cannot be understated. Some long lines during peak hours, but it always dissipates quickly. Great fast casual food

  They've reduced their quantity of rice a bit, and online orders can get very annoying as you stand at the front of the line not being served. But in general, they have been speedy and have great food.

  Great place and staff, however too many entitle college brats. We came in around 9:45pm along came several college boys behind us. A college boy saw that it was the last scoop of guacamole, so he ask the girl who serve him to saved him that scoop, knowing that we were in line and i am adding toppings including guacamole. The female staff quickly agreed to give him the last scoop. So, i quickly ask her isn't this a first come first served line? Or as long as you are young, white heterosexual male then you can cut people off? She was not able to answer my question. What i would like to say is i praise the work of the Manager, because he came out and stated who came first? It's not about guacamole, but its about principle. I do not know who these boys are but their behaviors is a disgrace; as they laugh about the matter, acting like its was nothing. Also, the gal who was serving them feel bad and offer free drinks and chips to these boys. She herself did not understand what was wrong in this picture. As an adult you should not be rewarded for being entitle and ignogrant. This is what wrong with the world and society today. Zero principles, ethics, understanding or compassionate.

  I go here more often than I should. Very consistent. Wait times can be long during peak lunch and dinner hours because of the high volume of NC State students.
