  Our waiter was Khari he's the best waiter ever. My daughter brought in her 22nd birthday here. The food and experience was the best ever. Its definitely worth stopping in if your on Capital Blvd in Raleigh, NC.

  It has become a very popular place and service has massively improved. Portions are larger too. The Chocolate Dream dessert is one of the best desserts they have ever offered. It has now become a regular spot for my family and I.

  Carrabba's is a great place to go for a nice lunch, a romantic dinner, or anything in between. The food is a great value and great taste, the service is above average and the atmosphere is somewhere you want to be. I've eaten here more than a dozen times and I've never had a bad meal or bad service.

  Let me first start by saying that we love Carrabba's. We love it so much that we eat or do takeout several times a month. The last few times that we have done takeout, each time, food has been missing. A salad, no bread, etc. We probably contribute around $400 a month to your business, so as a loyal, high check total family, I'm very aggravated. The last time we ordered Togo, I sat in the parking lot for an hour and a half. I was told that because of our order size, 4 entrees, that it makes ticket times longer. I'm in the same industry so basically it was just an excuse for messing up on your end. I still tipped the Togo server 20% and headed home. Again, missing my salad and my steak was raw and everything else cold. I called and spoke to the MOD and was very nice and explained my frustration. He apologized and assured me that the following day he would send out some gift cards to assure us to return. I was very thankful and appreciated him offering some type of compensation. Well, here we are , two weeks later and nothing. I hate to continue to get disappointed by your establishment. It will be awhile before we return.
