  I got hot sandwiches that came out cold. I asked if I could have my sandwich toasted and the ciabata bread was soft not crunchy like ciabata bread is suppose to be. I waited 15 mins and no one came to see if i wanted something else or gave me a update on why it was taking so long. I went up to the counter and the register girl told me what they did wrong and still never asked if i wanted something else or told me how long it was gonna be.. needless to say i requested a refund. Also the dining area was dirty with napkins on the floor..too bad i can't take a picture bc i would show you myself. I like McAllisters but this new one needs to get better!
