  Worst Applebee's ever. Hour and a half to get through appetizers. No drinks for 20 minutes. Ran out of milk and potatoes. Salad served in a soup cop. I have not even gotten to the main course and this is the worst restaurant in America. Been going to Applebee's for 30 years. This one just sucks.

  By far the worst dining experience I have ever had in my life. We were sat and then we waited 20 minutes for our server, she was very nice and explained that it was her second day. She went to get our drinks, another 15 monuites passed. When we finally got our food it was mad wrong. She was very aggravated and told me she would send the manager, I watched her talk to the manager and then return to the table and tell us that she would bring us a new entree and the manager said that she would take $4 off of our check. The manager didn't even bother to come to the table!!!! So when I got my check I was charged not only full price but I was also charged for the new entree that we were given, I explained it to her and guess what, STILL MO MANAGER! And the $4 never got taken off! It really felt like the manager was avoiding the customers all together! Very sad, she could have turned the whole situation around by just coming to the table and helping this server, but instead she lost a customer all together. Horrible experience.

  Too loud for server to get our order right, or just not all there. After a bit, started to get better. Food was alright. Nothing to write home about.
