When I misunderstood what my coupon was supposed to do, the kind and helpful staff didn't just correct me, they gave my husband and I free drinks with our meal to make me feel better! This generous gesture really made our night and left an incredibly positive impact on us in favor of this Shanes location! In addition the the FANTASTIC customer service at the register and through our meal, the food was delicious and the ribs were just especially tender and perfectly flavored! Everything was cleaned and well stocked. We will be coming back!January 01, 2017
