  The food was mediocre at best. The waitress didn't even introduce herself. That moment your waitress has a bad attitude from the jump, makes you wait 20 minutes for a glass of water, takes our appetizer twice as long as everything else to come out (and we're already halfway done eating), she mixes up the orders on the check, and that moment your waitress goes MIA for 20 minutes at a time and makes you wait bc no one can find her. That is the moment you barely leave a tip (barely there, barely act like a waitress, barely get paid), get the hell out and never go back to that location. The restaurant wasn't even busy, y'all!!!!! Empty tables all over. No excuse.

  I'm not one to write reviews, but my experience here was so terrible I have to. This place sucks. The bartenders were unorganized not knowing who ordered what, or if people even ordered at all. I asked for a cherry coke clearly, and they brought me a cherry sprite initially, so I had to correct that. After getting my drink it took them another 20mins to take my food order. Then when the food finally came out they couldn't find silverware so I had to wait another 5mins before the waiter finally decided to find me some. Stepped into the men's bathroom, and i've been in cleaner gas station bathrooms. There was a strong urine smell and paper towels all over the floor. The bartender that looked latino knows nothing about bartending, she was more concerned with being on her phone and cleaning rather than tending to customers. I saw customers walking out of the door due to lack of service. I went at 9pm on a Tuesday, maybe they're better on different days or earlier in the day, but I doubt it.

  They are HORRIBLE!!!!! I've been there twice the first time I went they brought my drinks out it had paper in it the second time they brought my drink out it had something else then hair in my food all the manager said was well we can give you a free sweet! Like no apology anything!!!! so we waited a year to come back even worse! The host was horrible the waitress came brought us water that was it waited 45 min. Asked for the manager he never came. Meanwhile we saw our waitress take care of another table I will NEVERRRRRRRR be going back to this TGIF because the one in Cary is great! But this one definitely lost my business forever
