  The staff here are nice. And do a good job. Only drawback is the lines can be long since they are in a hotel and connected to the convention center.

  I have never been treated so poorly at a Starbucks ever. this Starbucks is near my office and I have been there plenty of times. Today was the worst, I like to customize my coffee and not order the calorie rich featured drinks. Since it can be complicated I offered to let the girl read my order off my phone instead of reading it to her. which i guess this was the first thing she didn't like then I find out they were out of the toppings I like. I got a "so you don't want it" and since that statement was so thick with attitude I said no. She sighed and leaned on the counter like I just ruined her day. I stepped away to decide on something else and get away from the hostility. When I did go back gave my order and again was met with attitude and a point was made to the other customers that they were waiting on me. This was the worst service I had ever gotten.
