  if i wanna be honest, this Sbux is in the bottom percentile as far as customer service goes. The last few times I've been in there the cashiers have been snappy and irritable. The older cashier (with the big mouth) told me off in front of the packed out, Black Friday crowded store for needing to reload my card after I already ordered, which I now understand is a huge inconvenience. Trust and believe I will never make that mistake again.
  
  I understand the lines are long, but it comes with the job. I work customer service and realize it's frustrating at times, but these tricks are straight up rude. I generally associate starbucks coffee with helpful staff, but nah. I guess if I want sbux that bad when I'm in the mall I'll just bite the bullet and brace myself for the lion's den.
  
  (I gave it two stars because one, I appreciate their coffee and two, that one tall, blonde barista is a fave. She actually makes the entire experience tolerable. I don't remember her name but she really is a sweetheart.)

  Very nice atmosphere here. The employee is nice and quick and the drinks are tasty.
