  REALLY DESERVES A 0 STAR RATING......Terrible Food and Customer Service. My server Rose didn't get my order correct and when I addressed it she seemed irritated and sent another staff member to bring me my corrected order. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!

  Horrible food and customer service sucks. Ordered half rack ribs with 2 side orders of macaroni and cheese and the ribs were tough and chewy. I requested to have a refund for the ribs and the staff informed me they would ask the manager. The manager told staff to ask me to leave my name and they would ask another manager if I could have a refund. The hood manager never even came to address the issue. They offered something else off the menu which I did not want. Will not be going back. Manager was hood, cook was outside on the side of the building talking to manager that never even came over to address issue along with some boys on the side of building. I wonder what the sanitation grade is and why is it not visible now that I think about it. Very poor customer service, ribs were tough, staff sitting around on the phone talking and texting. Very hood environment that I would never go to again.

  This was a really bad experience. We went to celebrate my dad's 70 birthday. We called a day in advance to say 20ppl were coming. They gave us 1 server who didn't know how to split the checks. Our wait time for food was too long. He forgot to put in my moms order too. The food was good but customer service for a large party was not up to par. We all left the waiter a tip because it wasn't his fault. But management need to prepare and prep better for large groups. They need training in that area. Not sure if the food is worth going back for when you're truly hungry. The location is not great either one of our guests had a car accident trying to get out of the parking lot. Too congested. The ambience was nice. All I can say... Train-train-train
