  Horrible experience, made reservations on Open Table at 9:15pm just to get to the restaurant exactly five minutes prior to the reservation time where the host and chef informed us that they were closed a half hour earlier than their normal close time of 9:30pm (they are open till 10:00pm on Saturdays according to Google) due to "renovations." When I informed them that Open Table showed plenty of open reservation slots all the way until 9:45pm, the chef retorted with, "Well, we canceled our Open Table account a few weeks ago." Definitely will never even attempt to eat here again, go to another Italian restaurant.

  My husband and I have been regulars at this location since it opened, but that ended last night. The food is great, so I have no complaints on that topic. Where I take issue is that they are constantly taking my favorites off the menu and the staff turnover is a glaring problem. Clearly there's a leadership/management issue- we've heard on multiple occasions that the owners are very difficult and abrasive to both customers and their staff. The new manager spent his Friday evening walking around in circles- not visiting tables, mind you. Just walking around. The restaurant was very quite for a Friday night, yet the new manager made no effort to come over to introduce himself to us or ask how our meal was-nothing. The restaurant is clearly losing customers as they incrementally limit their menu offerings. Perhaps repairing the pizza over would be a good start to a comeback. Guaranteed they'll close this location before the year is up.

  Food is good but prices are pretty high. $14 for a piece of lasagna and nothing comes with it. You don't even get any garlic bread with that, have to order as a side.

  Whatever you do, you MUST try the spedies chicken! Pasta, salad, whatever. So good.
  Easy to get to from Crabtree Valley Mall or off 540 off the Creedmoor exit.
