  There is nothing about this place that I didn't like! The decor was awesome. The food (burrito bowl) was amazing! The bathrooms were super clean. The service was prompt and the Mojito was the best I've had in the Raleigh area.

  The only reason I am even giving it one star is because my food tasted good. The overall experience was haunting. My fiance and I decided on this restaurant for our "date night" after a long period of being too busy. We did get sat rather quickly even though it was busy. Our waiter said he would be right with us, which was fine of course. But I felt the confusion when another server told us the same thing. When the first server came back, we ordered water. The second server came back and asked what we wanted to drink. We let him know that someone already took our drink order and he apologized and left. When our water arrived we ordered our food and waited. The second server arrived again to take our food order. We-again-let him know it had already been taken. He apologized and left. We waited about 40 minutes....no food. The first server apologized frequently and repeated "5 more minutes". When the food finally arrived, it was wrong. Not what we ordered. "Opps. Wrong table". Ok...we waited even longer. Then when OUR food actually arrived my food was right and my fiances food was wrong. He had asked for no beans in his meal...and yet there they were. My fiance encouraged me to eat while he waited for them to fix his order. I began to eat because I was starving and i genuinely liked the meal. When my fiance finally got his meal, I was halfway done. I decided that I wanted to try the Flan on their menu, because I love flan. So i called the server over and asked for it. He came back to tell me they did not have it anymore. "What a surprise" I thought to myself. We decided to drive over to the Harris Teeter to buy some desert. Faster service there anyway. What makes me the most upset about the entire experience is that I never saw a manager's face once. I will never come back to this restaurant and spend my hard earned money for service this terrible.
