  Absolutely terrific. That food was PHENOMENAL, believe me. I went inside and I was like WOW, this theater is HUGE. Reminds me of my condo in China.

  I want to start by saying that I usually tend to leave 4-5 star ratings but every once and a while I leave a low rating if an establishment really lacks. First, I am giving 2 stars because the staff was friendly and polite when we first went there, so the stars I gave are because of the good service. Unfortunately the pizza really tastes like it was frozen pizza cooked in an oven. I'm genuinely not saying that to be a jerk, it was just not good at all. Please read on for our main concern:
  
  Here is the real issue though and I am willing to change my review and increase the stars if they are willing to make a policy change. I highly recommend that people DO NOT buy gift certificates for friends or family to this establishment. It even specifies on their website that the gift certificates are only valid for the food, not the movie tickets. This seems extremely awkward. My wife and I received $50 to this place via gift certificate from someone and we appreciate their kind gesture, so I figured we would go see a movie soon and try this place out again even though our first experience wasn't the best it could be. I was browsing the website and learned that we have to pay $8.50 per adult for admission because they don't allow the gift certificate for admission? So basically someone gives a $50 gift and then we end up paying $17 out of pocket just to watch the movie? This policy honestly seems a bit confusing. In all seriousness I really recommend you consider changing this policy as you got your money for the certificate already. Let me know if you decide to change this policy because I am willing to update my review when companies are willing to consider change for the betterment of their customers. Policies like this drive customers away, not into your establishment, please rethink your business model.
