  What happened to Papa John's? Last time we ordered it was bad, but we thought it was a fluke. Tried again tonight and it was terrible. It took almost an hour to arrive. It was barely warm. Crust was tough and flavorless. I've had frozen pizza that was better. Adding insult to injury, the chocolate chip cookie was greasy. So sad.

  My experience was so terrible that I don't even know where to begin. I called their location in Tower Shopping Center (New Bern Ave) tonight to try to place an order and was told by a rude employee that they was closed! It was 45 minutes before they closed and it didn't even include the time that lapsed while they had me on hold!! I called another store and was redirected nicely back to the New Bern location. I called back and asked for a manager to find out I already I was already talking to a supervisor!! The last time I checked Papa Johns pizza isn't worth rude customer service!!! Thanks for encouraging me to keep my money$$$$
