  While Pam's FarmHouse draws in a some regulars, it's basic menu left us scratching our heads as to why this place has so many great reviews.
  
  I'm not saying it's a bad place as I'm giving it 4/5 stars. We've just never returned. The food was simple, country style food. Eggs, toast, bacon etc. It was the basics. And there's nothing and I repeat NOTHING wrong with that. I grew up going to places like this in upstate NY. However, maybe as time moved along, I've grown to have a larger palette that I like to fulfill.
  
  The staff was friendly, the atmosphere is dated but again, that's partly the look they are going for.
  
  Next time I want 3 eggs scrambled, homefries, toast and crispy bacon, maybe I'll head over here to give them a try again.

  One of the best southern style restaurants in the area. Best biscuits and gravy I know of in the triangle and I always take some biscuits home. Attentive and nice staff, good value for money, everything I've tried has been solid. I prefer the breakfast food so far but BBQ plate is good too.

  A down-home style southern restaurant. Nothing fancy here, but it's good food. Reminds me of my grandmother's cooking. Priced very reasonably but cash only!
