  I waited over 30 minutes for chicken that was cooked entirely too hard. When my friend went back to tell them one man behind the counter began shouting in another language. He was so rude.
  The worst part is that he threw the chicken that we returned back into the pan with the other chicken that they were serving. All though they have a higher sanitation eating than most Chinese places, I wouldn't recommend this place

  I wish I could give them no stars. The food is good (great in fact) but in order to eat the food, you have to interact with the staff, and therein lies the problem. It's not a language issue, because the people that speak English as a first language are impossibly rude. It's just that they give zero "effs" about how they're perceived and it shows. I used to get orders delivered when I worked up the street, but they used to take my order before the delivery driver even got to work, and wouldn't tell me that it might be as long as 2 hours before I could get my food. Then I got smart and started ordering my food for pickup. That worked fine until they screwed up my order and I didn't realize it until I got back to work. The woman in the kitchen had forgotten one of the two egg rolls I'd ordered and when I called to tell her about it, she denied it. I went back there, and she yelled that I had all my food. I pointed at the egg roll sitting on the counter (cold) and she goes, "Yeah, that yours!" grabbed it and dropped in my bag. She did all of this as if it was my fault that she'd forgotten to put it in the bag. "Customer service" is a completely foreign concept with these folks. If you're going to eat here, get it as a pickup and check your bag before you leave the store. It's a shame you have to do all that just to get some decent Chinese food, but that's how they roll.
