  Employees were rude. I asked for sour cream, guac, and cheese on my burrito. She went straight for the salsa. It's an understandable mistake with how many burritos an employee must make throughout the day, however she didn't offer any resolution. I told her I didn't want any salsa/didn't ask for any and she just stared at me like "what do you want me to do about it". Didn't offer to remake it or apologize, just simply didn't care one bit. Since I don't have any serious dietary restrictions I was like "ok, guess I'll have salsa on my burrito..." and that was that. Also a coupon wasn't pulling up on my phone properly even though I pulled up the email and I was scolded and told that next time they wouldn't accept that. Ok, I'm an adult and didn't come to Moe's for an overpriced burrito on my lunch break to be treated like a 5 year old. Wish I would have read the other bad reviews before coming here - save yourself a trip!

  I have an issue, but food is good. I like Moe's. I eat here a decent amount. The only problem is that the restaurant never receives my online orders. I show up to the restaurant and have to then remind them to check the computer for my order. I end up waiting longer than it would have taken if I hadn't ordered ahead. I wish this wasn't a problem.
