  I have been a patron since they opened, never issues during the day. Night time has become a joke. You do not get your food in a timely fashion, the staff is lackadaisical and not concerned most of the time.
  However day time crew is on the ball and the food is consistent and prepared well.
  You get to choose your own toppings here and it is a great place to eat......during the day. They cook the pizza you design and it is served hot and fresh.......except at night.......
  I will not be back after 5 unless there are changes with the night staff, it's a shame because this was a weekly stop for dinner and was great!
  Now just a lunchtime option for now as night time is a wild card.......if I wanted to play roulette with my dinner I would stop at a taco truck......and they are a bit more reliable.
  Please try this place, great concept. Just do it before the night crew arrives.

  When we first moved to Raleigh, we went here at least twice a week. The food was great, the service was great and it was extremely convenient. Since then, management has changed and it has gone downhill. My orders online are rarely ready when I get there at the scheduled time or else they're cold and were obviously prepared WELL in advance. Our orders are consistently wrong - when the order is marked no cheese and the pizza you get has at least 3 different types on it, there has to be some sort of cognitive issue. Last week my wife requested balsamic fig glaze, only to find out they put chocolate on her pizza (pretty gross). Please bring back the manager with the 'Bama hat - he RAN the place!
