  This place use to be Jumbo China Buffet. It is now Kobe Buffet. The first few bites of my food & I could tell a difference. I asked the waitress if the establishment was bought out, new ownership. Yes she says. I sure could tell by the taste of the food & lack of options on the buffet. We left our plates more then half full. Went to pay the bill & was told $32 would be my total for 2 buffets & 3 drinks. (Had a small one that didn't want the buffet, good for her) I asked if the owner was in or someone in a manegeral position. The man checking me out then begin to "not speak English". I told him I was not satisfied & that I could tell a huge difference in the taste of food & selection. And then again asked for a manager, to voice my issues. He just smiled & told me my total, in English. OK, I got ya! So here's a review for you!! Will not come back here. Will travel to Cary for Chinese beffet from now.
