I had gotten all the way back to my office before I realized that the food was not what I expected. The manager called me the following day and I have to say that the customer service he provided me was amazing. He was very professional and was empathetic to what I had to say. He even offered to send me a gift card in the mail. I have always been a fan of Jason's Deli and wanted to post this because I feel like even when you have a bad experience, it can be corrected with stellar customer service.March 01, 2017
