  Saturday night, but place not busy at all. Sit at the bar and order 2 drinks, telling the bartender that we'll be ordering food. We get our drinks quickly, then don't see our bartender going on 15 min now (and counting). Changed our minds and we'll be eating elsewhere and won't be back. I can't imagine the service we'd get if it was actually busy.

  I have a mixed opinion on Hibernian. On one hand, I ate at the downtown location and the fish and chips were good, the atmosphere was clean, friendly and looked great. On the other hand, I tried the Falls of Neuse location, and the food was... eh. The waiter we had was not good, but the manager was great.
  
  My burger was bland, and for being the "most popular" and "Greatly suggested" burger, it tasted like they just took some beef and cooked it with no thought or seasoning. I asked for medium rare, I got well. I asked for crispy bacon, I got near raw. The new bacon came out and it was burned. Maybe it was an off day for the chef.
  
  Other than that, the manager was extremely nice about everything and we felt like they actually cared about the mistakes that were made. I'll return to see if they can manage to improve this rating and update it when and if they do.
