  I ordered a medium pizza with just chicken and bacon, and when I received it there were onions on the pizza (which I hate). I proceeded to call the store and let them know my order was wrong, only to have to wait another 30 mins to receive ANOTHER wrong pizza. The second pizza delivered only had chicken, no bacon, and I paid for 2 toppings! I will not be ordering from this dominos again. To top it off, I didn't receive any sort of apology for my order being wrong. This is just unacceptable!

  Tried to order 2 pizzas lastnight from my app that I have been using faithfully for the last 3 years. The app was not working so I called the store and asked if I could use my points. I was told that I can't use any points and I would not gain any as well. The person that answered the phone said the system has been messed up all day. And I was totally cool with that answer. She then out the General manager on the phone and he said that he had no idea that the system was messing up which means he LIED to me. How is the cashier going to know more than the GM? I was so angry. No more tips from me. Smh.

  First they told me they didn't deliver to my apt complex (I live five min down the road) I get my order and its only my sandwich I asked her twice for cinnastix and the only thing they could tell me was oh im sorry
