  Very disappointed. I have been coming to this location for years and this group of young kids have no respect and are rude. I went in tonight and ordered a small blizzard and when this young girl brought me my blizzard she just handed it to me. They have it posted all over the store and the tv adds about if it isn't served upside down then it's free. So after she handed it to me I looked at her and said wasn't it to be served upside down and she just looks at me with a cocky grin and says " it's to go so it don't matter" and then just walked away and went to the back. I was really shocked by this and makes me wonder why they even advertise that if its not served upside down then it's free. I have met the owner a couple times and he always comes up to talk to me when he is there. I can say now that I won't be going back because of this experience and the attitude this employee always has.
