  The food is fantastic and the service is above average. Half of the time, service is fast. The other half of the visits, we are left 15 -20 minutes between each visit of our server. The wait times are atrocious, which is understandable for a popular restaurant. My problem is with the lack of reservations or call ahead seating. They force you to use an app that some intern made that has yet to work in the last 11 times we've tried to come here. The app is so frustrating that I question coming here ever again. Yet the food is good enough to bring me back after I've cooled off.

  If you are reading this.... GO TO COWFISH! Their food is amazing and I have never had a bad thing on the menu. They have something for everyone. It is the perfect place to go if your group likes sushi but one person doesn't or if no one likes sushi but one does. Ask about their drink specials because they are not overly advertised.

  My boyfriend took me here for my 22nd birthday. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with smiles and great hospitality. The service was amazing. After we finished our food, which was delicious, a manager approached us and we were informed that we had received the wrong dishes. He comped our entire meal. The fact that they were upfront when we didn't even notice the mistake is outstanding. We will definitely be returning. Bert and Paul are exceptional.

  Sushi appetizer before burgers?! Yes please! Cowfish has amazing sushi, burgers, service, and atmosphere.You seriously can't go wrong with this place. Everything we had was delicious. The sushi was very fresh tasting and there were some really innovative special roll options. The burgers were cooked perfectly and the toppings paired really well, but still let the high quality burger shine through. The service was also great. We were initially told a 15 minutes wait and were seated within 5 minutes. Our waiter was great and very prompt with everything. Even a really nice member of the management stopped by to see how everything went. It was great to talk to him and hear about future locations opening closer to us. Definitely a highlight to our Raleigh trip! We'll be back for sure!
