  The menu is standard, but the last few times I've stopped by this Brueggers I've been pretty impressed with the staff. I was in during the early morning, and there appeared to be regular patrons who were laughing and joking with the staff. It felt very warm and friendly, and was a great start to the day. Twice a few weeks apart I went, and both times, I saw the same type of warm interactions between staff and customers. That really makes a difference, especially when the store is crowded.

  Sorry to wake up your counter person at 6:15AM... who seemed annoyed I was standing there. For the MILLIONTH time, maybe you should bake the jalapeno and cheddar bagels first, since they're NEVER available. Either they're not baked yet, or they're sold out..! Possibly a course at one of our local universities...start with the basics - supply and demand.
