  Today I visited Boston Market on Capital Blvd and there white bowls for side order were dirty... I confronted the manager with this issue and he said that it came from the sweet potatoes being served in the bowls... But when you can scrape the stuff off of the bowl it is dirty... Very bad experience today... Very disappointed... The manager name was Darryl

  My family and I really enjoy Boston Market but this place is not were you want to go if you want to keep a positive view of the chain. This place is usually never busy, but it seems that most of the sides are always out and the trays are empty, even though it looks like no one is in the restaurant. It never seems to be the cleanest place either. From now on, I will be driving to one that is a bit farther away from my home just so I don't have to go to this place again.

  Overall good food and friendly people . However they do have a quality control issue. Sometimes awful old food and they dont throw anything out.
