  This is probably my least favorite McDonalds in the Triangle. They have messed up order up more than once, and they don't serve dollar menu after 11pm. If you go through the drive through, double check your order before leaving. They are very mistake prone.

  Twice in 2 weeks I've been to this McDonald's, and both times the OJ machine and the Café machine were broken. The person at the payment window was apologetic, but the person at the second window handing out the food was just rude. Compared to other McDonald's in the area, the customer service here is extremely poor. I'd recommend the McDonald's at Brier Creek. Much friendly environment.

  Sitting at the window for less than ten seconds before I'm watching the person responsible for handing me my coffee and food dig for gold up the nose. Coupled with 50% of the time my order is wrong even after I'm always asked to pull up to wait for two items, I won't be returning to this one again. The McDonalds on Blue Ridge behind the Mall is infinitely better and consistently so

  Over all customer service was fine. Food quality not great or good or up to any good standard. Bought a chicken biscuit it was cold. Also bought a cinnamon melt it was cold. When I say cold I mean like my cinnamon melt was not warm or hot. The icing usually is melted but this one was just a thick layer of cold icing. I wish I got a receipt for a refund. But I paid in cash. McDonald's needs to close down or improve on better food quality or get new kitchen appliances where it actually warm things up
