  This rating is based purely off of the customer experience and not the food. The food is a five if you are willing to and make sure you are billed properly.
  
  I've been three times. The first time everything was perfect. The second time was a Friday after work and it took them over an hour to get my food ready. The biggest problem about this is that I was told 30 minutes. If they had told me an hour and a half then I would have been able to make the decision to wait or not at the time of purchase. I went yesterday and was charge $2 more than I should have been for a pizza that was on special. The poster on the wall had the special no coupon required and they still over charged me. Again it's not that $16 for a large specialty pizza is a bad price; it's just that they said it was $14.
  
  With all that said I will be going back here because it's delicious pizza and their Cheesy Bread is the best thing ever invented.
